Wayne County, NY Inmate Search & Jail Records

The Wayne County Sheriff's Officecreates inmate and jail records during arrest and the booking process. The office also oversees the Wayne County Jail, which has an average daily population of about 50 inmates but can hold up to 109 at once. The Sheriff's Office allows members of the public to easily access jail records and perform inmate searches through the Inmate Search tool. The search parameters are name or date. Users may also scroll through the inmate list to locate a record. Alternatively, record seekers may obtain copies of jail records in person at the Sheriff's Office. Requests may be submitted Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Copies of inmate records are available for a small fee.
