Wayne County Divorce Records

The Wayne County Supreme Court issues divorce records to members of the public. Divorce information is easily accessible on the New York State Unified Court System's WebCivil Supreme portal. Users may perform a search by index, party, attorney/firm, or justice. Requester may also contact the courthouse by email at WayneSC@NYCourts.gov, by phone at (315) 665-8117, by fax at (315) 665-8111, or in person to inquire about divorce records. A name or case number is usually required for the search. In-person requesters may be asked to complete a request form that requires them to provide sufficient information to locate the desired record.
